looking for some programs

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been looking some program/programs I need. However, can you please advice me which are the best choices for me?
These are my requrements:
1) I would like to backup my blu-ray\dvd movies to a harddrive in a lossless format (iso, mkv, or other format).
2) The backup format should be able to play directly in PowerDVD or other dvd/blu-ray player software (i.e. on my htpc)
3) I would like to be able to convert my copies to a more compact format for viewing on for example a android device.
Which program is best for me?
