How to extract and import DVD clips into Final Cut Pro X

Step 1: Install and run the Mac DVD to FCP Converter to load your DVD movie source.

Step 2: Clicking "Format" bar and choose Apple ProRes 422 (*.mov) as output format from the "Final Cut Pro" category.


Sep 3(Optional): Tap the Edit button to crop video file size, trim video segment, merge video files and so on to realize your needs.

Step 4: After finish the above steps, start ripping DVD to ProRes for FCP 6/7/X on Mac by clicking Convert button.
